MOSCOW, August 13 Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree according to which the Russian Presidential Administration for National Maritime Policy will deal with issues of port infrastructure and safety of navigation.
The corresponding decree is posted on the website of the official publication of legal acts.
«The main functions of the management are:.. preparation and presentation to the President of the Russian Federation and the head of the presidential administration of the Russian Federation of materials on issues relating to:.. development of the coastal port infrastructure of the Russian Federation and the functioning of the navigation safety system,» says the decree.
