MOSCOW, August 13 The Directorate for National Maritime Policy will participate in the preparation of materials for the annual addresses of the President of the Russian Federation to the Parliament, follows from the regulation on the Directorate of the President of the Russian Federation for National Maritime Policy.
The decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin approving the regulation is posted on the website of the official publication of legal information.
«The main functions of the Directorate are… participation in the preparation of materials for the annual addresses of the President of the Russian Federation to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation,» the document says.
