MOSCOW, August 15 The Federal Tax Service (FTS) of Russia has blocked the accounts of a company whose founders include the lead singer of the Uma2rmaH group («UmaTurman») Vladimir Kristovsky: the amount of the company's tax debt is almost 374 thousand rubles, according to the data of the BIR-Analytics system.
OOO Uma was registered in December 2022, the main activity is the activity of catering enterprises for other types of catering.
In addition to Krestovsky, who owns 20% of this business, the founders are Sofia Danilova and Valery Terlyakhin, who control 65% and 15% of the company, respectively.
Uma's revenue for the past year amounted to 34.6 million rubles, net profit — 2.3 million rubles. The company uses a simplified taxation system.
