Stanislav Botya, known as the Kuntsevo maniac, is suspected of in the rape of a 31-year-old woman. The incident occurred in 2004 in Izmailovsky Park, the Telegram channel «Sapa» reports.
Investigators believe that Botya attacked a woman passing by in the park in January 2004, dragged her to a deserted place and raped her.
In 2005, the maniac was sent to a maximum security penal colony. Botya's term ends in 2025. It is suggested that the new episode will extend his term in the colony. In 2022, the man tried to get out on parole.
Botya's mother, wife and two children are at large.
