
MOSCOW, August 13 Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree according to which the heads of a number of Russian regions, including Crimea, Sevastopol, Primorye and St. Petersburg, were included in the Russian Maritime Collegium; the corresponding document was posted on the website of the official publication of legal acts.
