
KUBINKA (Moscow region), August 15. By the end of 2024, Russian troops may receive up to 40 new high-cross-country tactical transporters «Plastun», capable of carrying up to 10 people or a ton of cargo, said Erik Sagymbaev, CEO of Russian All-Terrain Vehicles Plastun LLC.
«A pre-production model was presented at the forum. It is being discussed that by the end of the year we will be able to assemble and deliver 30-40 vehicles to the troops,» Sagymbaev said on the sidelines of the Army forum. 
According to him, the company is currently capable of assembling about 20 vehicles per month, and by the spring of 2025 it will be able to increase productivity to 40-50 vehicles per month, «if such a need arises.»
The tactical transporter «Plastun» is designed to transport people, cargo and special equipment along difficult routes. The vehicle is completely assembled from domestic components. It is capable of transporting a ton of cargo and can accommodate up to 10 people. Maximum speed — 100 kilometers per hour.
