MOSCOW, August 14 Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has dismissed Viktor Lopatkin from the post of first deputy head of Baikonur; the corresponding order was published on the legal information portal.
«To dismiss Viktor Vladimirovich Lopatkin from the post of first deputy head of the Baikonur city administration at his request,» the document says.
