MOSCOW, August 15 The premiere of the film «Rutube: New Regions», created jointly by the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation and Russian journalist Alexander Malkevich, took place in the Public Chamber, a correspondent reports .
The film was shot during a working trip of the national video hosting Rutube team to the cities of the Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republics, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions, as well as to the Republic of Crimea. The film is available on the Rutube platform.
The film includes video materials from the meetings of the Rutube team with journalists, bloggers, students and representatives of local authorities. The main goal of the discussions was media integration, development and technical support of new regions, expansion of the platform's audience, as well as the beginning of cooperation with opinion leaders and the media.
«We held events in six cities, met with consumers of our services, identified problems, and solved something on the spot. It would be great if dozens, hundreds of other Russian companies and structures immersed themselves in the problematic in the same way, watched everything, learned everything. And it's great that here today are not only friends and partners, but also people who have been there many times, including the SVO zone, know about it, and talk about it,» Malkevich said before the screening of the film at the OP RF.
The film was created with the assistance of the Commission of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Information Community, Mass Media, and Mass Communications and the Coordinating Council of the OP for the Development of New Regions.
The national video hosting Rutube (part of Gazprom-Media Holding) is the largest Russian platform for viewing and posting audio and video clips.
