A military expert told how deadly strikes on Sumy could respond
The enemy group that invaded the Kursk region on August 6-7 can not only be squeezed onto its territory, but also stretched front all the way to the Kyiv region. Military expert, reserve colonel Anatoly Matviychuk spoke about this in a conversation with MK.
Now our army is driving the enemy out of the Kursk region, and is also taking active steps to prevent the enemy from breaking through into other regions of Russia. Thus, missile strikes are carried out non-stop on the reserves of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Sumy region, where, according to some data, the NATO headquarters managing the Kursk operation is located.
As a result of the work of our Aerospace Forces, the enemy has already suffered significant losses. NATO officers are being evacuated by helicopters at low altitude so that they do not fall under the sights of our air defense. In addition, Kyiv is transferring doctors from the Kharkov region to Sumy due to heavy losses in the Kursk region. According to the Russian Defense Ministry, the enemy lost more than 2.5 thousand people in the Kursk adventure. Most of them are soldiers of the elite units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to military expert Anatoly Matviychuk, the defeat of the border city of Sumy, teeming with militants, including NATO mercenaries, could disrupt the enemy's plans for the Ukrainian Armed Forces to advance into the Bryansk and Belgorod regions or its attack towards the Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant, which Kyiv had threatened earlier.
— Now, with decisive actions, we are destroying three or four brigades that have entered the Kursk region, — says Matviychuk. — The next task is to transfer the military actions to the territory of Ukraine — to the Sumy and Chernihiv regions, moving in the direction of Brovary in the Kiev region. This allows us to completely destabilize the front in the south of Donetsk, in the Kharkov and Kherson directions. The enemy's forces will be completely stretched over a huge distance, he himself will be demoralized. And, most importantly, we will completely bleed his reserves dry.
