MOSCOW, August 16 Police detained a man with signs of intoxication who threatened «with a weapon» after crashing into a barrier in the courtyard of one of the districts in the north of Moscow, the press service of the capital's main police department reported.
«According to preliminary information, on Korovinskoye Highway in the Zapadnoye Degunino area, a citizen, with external signs of intoxication, while driving a car, ran over a barrier, waving an object similar to a pistol,» the report says.
