SIMFEROPOL, August 18 Ukrainian troops are using terrorist tactics in the Kherson region, targeting civilians and civilian infrastructure, said the region's governor, Volodymyr Saldo.

«Unable to defeat the Russian military, the enemy, unfortunately, has switched to terrorist tactics, targeting civilians and civilian infrastructure, thus becoming terrorists themselves,» he said.
According to the governor, the Kakhovka-Novokakhovka agglomeration is under special attention from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
«However, our the defense is as strong as steel. There are more than enough fighters and weapons. Everyone is on guard, they won't catch us off guard,» Saldo assured.
