MOSCOW, 2 Jan. In one of the apartment buildings in Lyubertsy, 11 floors have been flooded with boiling water. The video of the incident is published by RT. The footage shows how hot water pours from floor to floor with a strong stream, and water vapor fills the entire entrance area. According to eyewitnesses, elevators stopped at the entrance, and people were afraid to leave the apartments. It is also known that the problem was quickly fixed by utilities.
