Office workers MOSCOW, Jan 10 The majority of working Russians plan to change jobs in 2022, more than half want to go to another field of activity, according to a study by HeadHunter, which is at the disposal of RIA Novosti. According to the study, 58% of workers said that employees of their companies in 2021 one way or another I had to work remotely. At the same time, 44% of companies that practiced telecommuting returned all employees to the office, 37% did it partially, and a fifth (20%) did not return anyone. Now 44% of companies, according to their employees, work in a hybrid mode, combining office and remote format. This practice is most widespread in Moscow (59%), as well as in the IT sector (66%). 66% of employees said about their permanent work in the office. More than half of Russians (54%) are sure that the transition to remote or hybrid mode has a positive effect on their work, a fifth (21%) adhere to the opposite point of view and note a negative impact. A quarter of the respondents believe that the transition did not affect their efficiency in any way. that their size for 2021 has not changed, for 27% of Russians salaries have increased, for 26% — have decreased. Also, a third (36%) of employed Russians told about a job change in 2021, only 38% of them believe that the new place was better than the previous one, and 17% do not see the difference, another 28% were dissatisfied with the new job. 78% of employed Russians plan in 2022, 8% do not plan to do this, the rest have not yet decided. More than half of Russians (57%) of employed people intend to change their professional activity. The study was conducted from 19 to 24 December 2021 among 2,130 Russian employees and job seekers.
