Car of the Investigative Committee of Russia MOSCOW, 13 Jan. the child independently left the kindergarten in Dmitrov near Moscow, Olga Vradiy, assistant to the head of the Moscow region head office of the RF IC, told reporters on Thursday. «As part of the check, all the circumstances and reasons for what happened will be established, and an assessment will be made of the actions or inaction of the responsible officials. Based on the results of the check, a procedural decision will be made,» Vradiy said.
