TALLINN, Jan 13 Russian Kamila Valieva at the European Figure Skating Championships, which takes place in Tallinn, set a new world record for points in the short program. She received 90.45 points for her performance. The figure skater surpassed her own achievement (87.42), set at the Russian Grand Prix in 2021. The Belgian Luna Hendrix (76.25 points) is on the second line, another representative of Russia Alexandra Trusova (75.13), Anna Shcherbakova ( 69.05) — fourth. The women's free program will be presented on Saturday, January 15th. For her, Valieva announced three quadruple jumps — salchow, two sheepskin coats in cascades with a triple sheepskin coat, one of them through an oiler, and a triple axel.
