Scheme of supplies from ORDLO published.
According to the investigation, the People's Deputy from HLE, with the knowledge of the fifth president, blocked direct fuel supplies from the Russian Federation in order to exacerbate the energy crisis in Ukraine, reports the Chronicle.info with reference to Focus.
The defendants in the criminal proceedings on the supply of coal from ORDLO, including MPs Viktor Medvedchuk and Petro Poroshenko, provoked an energy crisis in Ukraine in 2014-2015 and made the Ukrainian energy sector dependent on the Russian Federation. This was stated by the speaker of the State Bureau of Investigation Tatyana Sapyan during a briefing that took place on the morning of January 17.
According to the investigation, the main defendants in the criminal proceedings are EU MP Petro Poroshenko, people's deputy from the Opposition Platform for Life Viktor Medvedchuk, ex-Minister of Energy Vladimir Demchishin and businessman Sergei Kuzyara.
During the briefing, Tatyana Sapyan said that the parliamentarian from the «Opposition Platform — For Life» with the knowledge of the fifth president, he blocked coal supplies from the Russian Federation in order to exacerbate the energy crisis in Ukraine.
For the establishment of schemes for the supply of fuel from ORDLO and the transfer of cash to representatives of the occupation authorities, according to the SBI, businessman Serhiy Kuzyara was responsible, who also, together with Viktor Medvedchuk, negotiated with Russian officials.
According to Tatyana Sapyan, Petro Poroshenko appointed Volodymyr Demchishin, who is currently on the international wanted list, to the post of Energy Minister to implement the scheme. By his decrees during December 2014 — January 2015, the minister canceled the orders of the former head of the ministry, Yuriy Prodan, to stop the operation of mines in the occupied territories. In addition, as the investigation established, Volodymyr Demchishin ordered these enterprises to be re-registered in Kiev and new managers appointed «Luganskugol» and «Kiselev Mine».
During 2015, as the speaker of the State Bureau of Investigation reported, Ukraine transferred for the supply of coal from ORDLO «, transferred it to cash and distributed it for the benefit of terrorist organizations» at least UAH 205 million, not counting funds that have already been paid in cash.
«In general, according to the signed agreements, more than UAH 3.168 billion should be paid from the budget. During 2015, direct control over the organization of coal supplies from territories temporarily not controlled by Ukraine was carried out directly by Serhiy Kozyara, who coordinated his actions with representatives of terrorist organizations and Viktor Medvedchuk», added Tatyana Sapyan during the briefing.
