The study was conducted in January on a representative sample of more than five thousand Russians from all regions of the country. Experts found that more than half of the respondents (51%) gave an average rating to their productivity at work, another 40% of citizens rated it as high, and 9% — as low. At the same time, the majority of Russians (62%) experience a lack of motivation at work to fulfill their job duties. Most often, companies use material methods to motivate employees, while bonuses and bonuses are the most popular way — every third respondent (32%) receives them for productive work .
