The toll road will definitely have a free alternative.
The cost of the first concession road in Ukraine will cost about 8 euro cents (about 2.6 hryvnia) per kilometer, reports the Chronicle.info with reference to Economic News.
According to the first deputy head of the State Agency for Highways of Ukraine (Ukravtodor ”) Andrey Ivko, this is a first category road, the length of which will be approximately 280 kilometers.
This route will connect the urban-type settlement of Krakovets, Yavorovsky district, Lviv region (on the Polish-Ukrainian border) with the regional center of the Rivne region, the city of Rovno, passing through Lvov and through Brody. At the same time, Ivko stressed that the toll road will definitely have a free alternative.
Earlier it was reported that six toll roads should appear in Ukraine:
- Kharkov-Dnepr- Zaporozhye (M-29, M-04, M-18);
- Boryspil-Poltava (M-03);
- Kherson-Nikolaev (M-14);
- Kiev-Zhytomyr-Rivne (M-06);
- Yagodin-Kovel-Lutsk (M-07, M-19);
- Dnipro-Krivoy Rog-Nikolaev (M-04, H11).
But it should be noted that these plans are constantly changing. It is possible that this year we will receive a new list.
