“The situation related to the transfer of Zarema Musayeva to the SIZO, with taking into account her age and illness,

as well as the incriminated acts. We sent a second request to the Prosecutor General's Office,» Moskalkova's press service said.

The day before, according to Baza, a criminal case was opened against a woman on the use of violence against a representative of the authorities (part 2 of article 318 of the Criminal Code) . According to the police, Musayeva allegedly “shouted and insulted the officers” when she was taken to the police station, the Telegram channel writes. The security forces also stated that the district police officer for the Akhmatovsky district of Grozny began to draw up a protocol against Musaev, and at that moment the woman allegedly “grabbed him by the left cheek and scratched his face while trying to pull him away.”

Then in the Committee Against Torture, Novaya the newspaper stated that nothing is known about the initiation of a case against Musayeva and human rights activists are checking this information.

On January 28, it became known that Musayeva refused the services of a lawyer. Human rights activists believe that this document could have been signed under pressure.
