The Third Court of Cassation of General Jurisdiction in St. Petersburg sent for review the case of the ex-head of the Arkhangelsk Navalny headquartersAndrey Borovikov, who was accused of distributing pornography because of the repost of the Rammstein video for the song Pussy. This was reported by the head of Agora Pavel Chikov in his telegram channel.
As Chikov noted, the case was sent for a new appeal to the Arkhangelsk Regional Court. Borovikov was kept in custody for three months, but the lawyers will seek a change in the preventive measure, the head of the human rights organization added.
«I'm still ahead of you, fool.» The former coordinator of Navalny's headquarters was given 2.5 years for reposting the Rammstein video to two and a half years in a penal colony in the case of distribution of pornography via the Internet (point «b» of part 3 of article 242 of the Criminal Code). Then the sexological and culturological examination concluded that the Pussy clip contains pornographic scenes and is of no cultural value.
In July, Borovikov's sentence was reduced by three months, since he had a child.

In the video for this song, the band members are presented in the images of men from porn films, at the end of the video they have sex. In the classic version of the clip, the nudity shots are blurred.
