In connection with the sanctions of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), Russian athletes at the Olympic Games will not be able to compete under the national flag, and the national anthem will not be able to sound in their honor, instead of which an excerpt from the Pyotr Tchaikovsky concert will be used.
