In total, 11 people have been nominated to its board of directors. Among them are the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov, the chairman of the board of PJSC Gazprom Alexei Miller and deputy prime minister Alexander Novak. Everyone, except Schroeder, was already on the board of directors of Gazprom.
At the same time, in January, Kulibayev proposed to nominate the government of Russia to the board of directors of Gazprom. He was not on the final list of candidates.
The final composition of the Board of Directors of Gazprom will be approved during the meeting of shareholders. It is planned to be held on June 30 in St. Petersburg.
