“The rhetoric on both sides has become extremely sharp, up to public statements by officials of the Chechen Republic with threats against the Yangulbaev family. In this situation, the course and results of the investigation of the criminal case against Zarema Musaeva can be discredited and assessed by society as biased and biased, ”Fadeev explained his request.
Saidi Yangulbaev, after his wife was forcibly taken from Nizhny Novgorod to Chechnya, left Russia with his daughter Aliya. The family receives threats from Chechen officials and security forces, as well as relatives from the Keloi teip. In addition, the qualification board of judges of Chechnya stopped the resignation of Yangulbaev — this means depriving him of immunity.
