Sergei Zuev is accused of poor-quality research by Shaninka for the Fund for New Forms of Education Development of the Ministry of Education about the work of teachers (part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code) and stole 21 million rubles allocated for work.
In Shaninka, they said that they accepted two of the three stages of research, and in 2020, when the management changed in the fund, the contract was terminated due to «difficult communication», and the university paid a penalty. Zuev himself also denied guilt.
