World champions in pair skating Anastasia Mishina and Alexander Gallyamov strengthened the leadership of the Russian team in the figure skating team tournament at the Beijing Olympics, taking first place in the free program. On Monday, Mishina and Gallyamov received 145.20 points for the performance of the free program. The second in this discipline were the Japanese Riku Miura and Ryuichi Kihara — 139.60. The third place was taken by the Chinese Peng Cheng/Jin Yang — 131.75. In the standings of the team tournament, the Russian team is in the lead with 55 points. The second place is occupied by the Japanese — 48, the third with the same amount — the US team.
