This allows us to expand mutually beneficial equal cooperation — in a variety of formats — with most of the states of Eurasia, Africa, Latin America. We, not in words, but in deeds, contribute to the formation of a global «belt of good neighborliness», necessary to maintain universal stability and strengthen international positions of Russia,» the text of the congratulations published on the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry says.
