The Pskov police opened an administrative case on the display of symbols of extremist organizations (Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) against local municipal deputy Nikolai Kuzmin because of two images from the opening of Navalny's headquarters * in Pskov and a call to a rally. According to the document, they want to draw up a protocol on Kuzmin because of publications dated 2017. Mediazona** clarifies that the first image is a map that shows how to get to a meeting with politician Alexei Navalny on December 2, 2017. There are two inscriptions: «Navalny 20!8» and «It's time to choose.»
The second image is a photo of Kuzmin with Navalny against the background of a banner with the inscriptions «Navalny 20!8» and 2018.navalny.com. In the photo, Kuzmin is holding a red-and-white flyer with the inscription «Navalny 20!8».
In a conversation with Mediazona, Kuzmin specified that he was called to the police on February 14 to draw up an administrative protocol.
