MOSCOW, 17 Feb. Ukrainian Consul in Montenegro Mikhail Shmatov published a post on Facebook calling for the «destruction» of Russia. The diplomat posted a message in which he proposed on December 19 (as it was in the text — ed.) to hold a «march of unity» in the capital of Montenegro with Ukraine. «Flags, banners, posters and any manifestations of patriotic creativity are welcome,» he wrote, accompanying the post with the hashtag «Russia must be destroyed.» Subsequently, the consul edited the text, replacing the words about Russia with the phrase «Ukrainians will resist» and changing the date of the event to February 19 .
