"I am taking decisive action, to ensure that our sanctions have an impact on the Russian economy, and I am using all the tools at our disposal to protect American companies and consumers,” he said.
Traditionally, the president’s annual address to Congress concerns the internal situation in the country, but Biden this time started with the situation around Ukraine.
