In Kursk, a former policeman was arrested for three days for a poster with the inscription «Yes to the world!»

The Leninsky District Court of Kursk appointed former policeman Ruslan Agibalov three days of arrest because of a picket with a poster «Yes to the world!». The arrested person told the 7×7 publication about this.

Agibalov was found guilty of organizing a rally without filing a notification (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). According to Protocol, the ex-policeman organized a mass picket on the Red Square of Kursk, as two more people were standing next to him. According to the arrested person, he had a recording on his flash drive, which shows that he was standing alone, and passers-by approached him on their own, but the video disappeared after the seizure of things in the police department.

After the arrest, Agibalov spent 48 hours in police department, awaiting trial, where he went on a dry hunger strike. Later it became known that the ex-policeman was hospitalized, today he was again taken to the detention center.

Agibalov was fired from the police in January 2021, because on the eve of the rally on January 23, he published an appeal “Major of the Kursk police in support of Navalny A.A. and all political prisoners.» The court refused to reinstate him in his position, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs demanded that the ex-silovik be evicted from his service apartment.
