BiohazardMOSCOW, Mar 17 One of the curators of work in the biological laboratories of Ukraine was the head of the DTRA office at the US Embassy in Kyiv, Joanna Wintrall, said Igor Kirillov, Chief of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense Forces of the RF Armed Forces, following an analysis of documents related to US military biological activities in Ukraine. According to him, Ukrainian laboratories were the main contractor for the P-782 project – transmission of diseases through bats. The documents received indicate that research in this area is systemic and has been carried out since at least 2009 under the direct supervision of specialists from the United States within the framework of projects P-382, P-444 and P-568, Kirillov noted. «One of the curators of this activity was Joanna Wintrall, head of the DTRA office at the US Embassy in Kyiv.
