MOSCOW, Mar 17 CSKA Moscow defeated Dynamo Moscow in the first match a series of 1/4 finals of the Gagarin Cup. The meeting, held on the home ice of the army team, ended with a score of 3:2 (1:0, 0:1, 2:1). As part of the winners, goals were scored by Konstantin Okulov (14th minute), Semyon Pankratov (43) and Anton Slepyshev (50). Bogdan Yakimov (33) and Vadim Shipachev (60) scored among the guests. The score in the series up to four wins was 1-0 in favor of CSKA. The second game of the series will take place on March 19 and will also be home to CSKA. In the first round of the playoffs, the army team beat Lokomotiv Yaroslavl with a score of 4-0, the White-and-Blues defeated Severstal Cherepovets in seven matches.
