MOSCOW, Mar 31 The Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA) has signed an agreement to provide laboratory services with the Turkish Anti-Doping Control Center, according to the RUSADA website. It is noted that the conclusion of the agreement expands RUSADA's ability to organize the timely and safe transportation of anti-doping samples and their analysis. The Turkish Anti-Doping Control Center is a laboratory located in Ankara and accredited by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA ). Its activities are regulated by the international standard for laboratories. In September 2018, the WADA Executive Committee restored the full status of RUSADA, which it was deprived of in November 2015. In January 2019, WADA reported that the agency's experts had successfully obtained data from the database of the Moscow anti-doping laboratory. Later, Russia was accused of manipulating the base data. In December 2019, the WADA Executive Committee, due to these manipulations, recognized RUSADA as not complying with the Anti-Doping Code.
