
MOSCOW, April 6 Olympic Committee (NOC) of Belarus will hold a joint meeting in Minsk at the end of April, according to the official website of the ROC. At present, the parties are formulating practical proposals to expand cooperation in all major areas of the Olympic agenda, there is a discussion of joint projects in the anti-doping area and in the field of children's youth sports. Members of the ROC Athletes' Commission received an offer from colleagues to take part in the National Athletes' Forum in Minsk, and the Russian side will send an official invitation to the NOC of Belarus to the Forum of Young Olympians in Moscow on June 1. The participation of the heads of the Olympic committees of the two countries, Stanislav Pozdnyakov and Viktor Lukashenko, is planned to take place in the events. «Recently, one of the key principles has increasingly come to the fore in the Olympic movement — together. Unfortunately, it is interpreted and applied in different ways, but we are absolutely convinced that the future of the sports movement is only in unity,» Pozdnyakov said.
