40-year-old American singer Britney Spears will become a mother for the third time. The celebrity announced on her Instagram page that she and her lover are expecting a baby, reports the Chronicle.info with reference to Focus.
In an emotional publication, the artist wrote:
«I lost so many extra pounds for the trip to Maui, but gained the weight back. I thought, God, what's wrong with my stomach? The husband said: no, you are not pregnant, silly! I took a test and found out that I really will have a baby».
In her post, Britney also talked about perinatal depression during her first two pregnancies. Perinatal distress is a general term used to describe the symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress that women can experience from conception to a year after giving birth.
«It's hard because during my pregnancy, I have had perinatal depression. I have to say it’s just awful… Women didn’t talk about it then… Some people thought it was dangerous if a woman complained like that with a baby inside, but now women talk about it every day… thank God we don’t have to keep this pain a secret&# 187;,” the singer writes.
This child will be the first for Sam Asgari, and the third for Britney. She has two sons from a previous marriage to Kevin Federline: 16-year-old Sean Preston and 15-year-old Jayden James.
The fact that the singer called Sam «husband» prompted many to think that the couple secretly married. However, they have not yet commented on this.
Sam also spoke about the upcoming addition to the family by posting a watercolor drawing depicting a lion, a lioness and a lion cub.
