Head The personnel department of the 136th separate guards motorized rifle brigade with a deployment in Dagestan put a hazing seal on the service record of a contract soldier dismissed due to unwillingness to participate in the war in Ukraine. The photo of the stamp was published by lawyer Maxim Grebenyuk, who was sent it by a dismissed serviceman.
The seal says: “Prone to betrayal, lies and deceit; He refused to participate in a special military operation on the territory of the LPR, DPR and Ukraine.

As the contractor explained to Grebenyuk, he spent seven months on a business trip in Syria. After such a long business trip, he was given a rehabilitation leave, but instead, the command offered the serviceman to participate in a «special operation.»
Grebenyuk, before becoming a lawyer, served in the military prosecutor's office for 10 years. He explained to Mediazona that the entries made in the service records are clearly regulated. “Such a record as this one is not provided for by anything, it is aimed solely at insulting, humiliating a serviceman, and making others disrespectful, in order to complicate his life in civilian life when applying for a job or in law enforcement agencies. This stamp does not speak of anything else, except for the impotence of the command to make any other punishment. It was made only to defame the soldier. Because they can’t do anything else, they can’t initiate a criminal case, they can’t even put them in a guardhouse, so they did such a disgusting thing, ”he said.
According to Grebenyuk, in his prosecutorial practice, he only once encountered a hazing entry in the document of a serviceman — one of the soldiers in the Northern Fleet was entered into a military ID with an inclination to drink alcohol and lies; then the prosecutor made a submission and ordered the commander to redo the document.
