On Wednesday, the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) of Germany reported that the owner of the Dilbar yacht, which, according to German media reports, is located in Hamburg, is Gulbahor Ismailova. The agency calls her the sister of Russian businessman Alisher Usmanov. «Hamburg authorities have confiscated Russian billionaire Alisher Usmanov's Dilbar superyacht after establishing that it legally belongs to his sister, who is also under Western sanctions,» the agency said in a statement. The Ministry of Economy and Innovation of Hamburg denied the data on the confiscation of the Dilbar yacht.
