MOSCOW, April 15 Zenit CEO Alexander Medvedev responded harshly to the Italian sports director of the Moscow football club «Spartak» Luke Cattani, who admitted that he was not aware of the existence of the St. Petersburg team. Cattani became a guest of the YouTube channel «Comment.show». On the air, he jokingly stated that he had not heard of Zenit. «Tell him that this is the team that beat Spartak 7:1 in the centenary season of his club,» Medvedev was quoted as saying by Sport-Express. Russia was held in St. Petersburg in October 2021, the Red-Whites suffered the biggest defeat in history. April 18 «red-white» will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the club.
