According to the press service of the Investigative Committee, which was circulated on Saturday, Badalyan's detention was not connected with the disruption of the anti-Russian action. He was charged under the article of the Criminal Code «false report of a terrorist act.» A petition was filed with the court for his arrest The blogger himself claims that the reason for his detention was the action he held on April 21 «against the raising of the Ukrainian flag in Armenia.» «Victory!
