MOSCOW, 28 Apr. CSKA defeated Metallurg Magnitogorsk in the sixth match of the final playoff series of the Continental Hockey League (KHL). The meeting, held in Moscow, ended with a score of 2:1 (2:0, 0:1, 0:0) in favor of the hosts. Among the winners, Vladislav Kamenev (4th minute) and Mikhail Grigorenko (14) scored goals. Andrey Chibisov scored against Metallurg (40). CSKA defender Artem Sergeev and Metallurg defender Yegor Yakovlev played their 100th KHL playoff games. Forward of the Magnitogorsk club Yegor Korobkin played his 100th game in the league, and goalkeeper Vasily Koshechkin played his 150th game in the playoffs. The score in the series of up to four wins was 3-3. The decisive meeting of the confrontation will be held on April 30 in Magnitogorsk. CSKA and Metallurg for the second time in KHL history will play the seventh match in the Gagarin Cup final. In the 2015/16 season, the Magnitogorsk club won (3: 1), winning their second trophy.
