
An ambulance in Beijing. File photoBEIJING, Apr 30 At least 39 people are missing when a six-story building collapses in central China's Changsha city, China Central Television reported on Saturday. The six-story building collapsed on Friday morning in Changsha city of Hunan province in central China. The building housed shops, catering establishments, as well as a small hotel. It is reported that in addition to the missing people, 23 people were under the rubble as a result of the collapse, by now the rescuers have managed to pull five out of the rubble, they were taken to hospitals, the condition of the victims stable. The causes of the collapse have not yet been established, search and rescue operations continue.
