SIMFEROPOL, May 1.Oleg Kryuchkov, adviser to the head of Crimea on information policy, suggested developing a plan for integrating the liberated regions of southern Ukraine. Earlier, Kryuchkov said that Ukraine had disconnected Kherson and part of the Zaporozhye region from mobile communications and the Internet, thereby defiantly abandoning these territories. «We need a plan for the development of the liberated southern regions and their integration into the Russian economic space, at least until 2030. Discussions are already underway on which roads will be restored, which enterprises and with whom they will work,» Kryuchkov told RIA Novosti.
