Ukraine has offered China to become a security guarantor in a future treaty with Russia on a neutral status and refusal to join NATO. «We hope that China will call on Russia for a ceasefire to prevent escalation. This will be an important measure to maintain peace and prevent further humanitarian catastrophes,” he said.
