Earlier, the British Foreign Office reported that London was imposing sanctions against the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company and a number of other Russian media and journalists. In turn, the head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, announced the sixth package of anti-Russian sanctions, which will include Sberbank and other large banks of the Russian Federation, three leading Russian TV channels, as well as new individuals. The package also provides for a phased full oil embargo.
