This type of communication refers to special technologies that cannot be sold outside the United States without the permission of the authorities. The re-export of such antennas is also prohibited, the instructions say. It follows from the document that Harris Corporation manufactured the antenna in January 2010. At the same time, Harris was abolished in 2019, and L3Harris Technologies took its place. Thus, the means of communication received by the Armed Forces of Ukraine are already more than ten years old. Moreover, the deliveries were official and were presented as military-technical assistance from the United States to the allied Kyiv regime. It is likely that the antennas got to Ukraine before 2019, when Harris Corporation still existed.
