Germany will supply Ukraine with modern tanks and howitzers, in parallel will begin training of Ukrainian military personnel, German Foreign Minister Annalena Burbock said at a press conference in Kyiv. «The next step will be highly modern tanks, howitzers , that means we can use them to defend against drones… Germany and the Netherlands can supply these howitzers together, because one country cannot supply everything, because we ourselves have a shortage.But Germany will provide seven (howitzers), and we will now begin the training that is necessary for this,» the minister said. She added that the deliveries will be completed before the end of the training of Ukrainian military personnel, so that «when the howitzers arrive, the soldiers would be trained accordingly.»
