That's why I initiated the creation of a special platform — United24,» Zelensky said in a video message in English, which he began with the words «Greetings to Washington.» According to him, the funds raised on the new platform will be used to restore civilian infrastructure and equipment for medical institutions, in including for the purchase of armored ambulances.
