File photoWASHINGTON, Jun 13 South Korea is ready to resume dialogue with the DPRK without preconditions and offer humanitarian assistance in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, South Korean Foreign Minister Park Chin said. «We are ready for more flexibility and an open approach to diplomacy towards North Korea. We seek dialogue with North Korea without preconditions. We call on North Korea to stop its destabilizing actions and return to dialogue,» the minister said after a meeting in Washington with Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.The United States is ready to support the DPRK, including with COVID-19 vaccines»We also reaffirmed our readiness to provide humanitarian assistance to North Korea in connection with COVID-19, regardless of political considerations.
