MOSCOW, July 5 of the economy in terms of temporary reactivation of mobilization capacities and facilities, unbooking of material assets of the state reserve, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Yuri Borisov said on Tuesday in the State Duma. Here, draft laws are being considered on ensuring the conduct of counter-terrorism and other operations outside the territory of the Russian Federation and amending the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. In particular, the draft federal laws «On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation on Issues of Supplying the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Other Troops, Military Formations and Bodies in Conducting Counter-Terrorist and Other Operations Outside the Territory of the Russian Federation» and «On Amendments to The Labor Code of the Russian Federation.» «The bills were developed in pursuance of the instruction of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin dated May 26, 2022 and provide for empowering the Government of the Russian Federation with the authority to make decisions on the introduction of special measures in the economic sphere in terms of temporary reactivation of mobilization capacities and facilities, unbooking of material assets state reserve for the production of weapons,» Borisov said.
