File photoBANGKOK, Jul 13 Sri Lankan Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe, as Acting President, has ordered an immediate curfew in the country's Western Province, which includes the capital Colombo, with immediate effect, and declare a state of emergency throughout the island, the Adaderana news portal reported on Wednesday, citing a statement from the Prime Minister's office. The prime minister also ordered security forces to arrest those who «behave inappropriately» as well as seize the vehicles in which they move , according to a statement cited by the portal.
